Margaret's show career began in 1999 when she bought a show quality, male pomeranian. His name was Tugboat Andy. Tuggy, as his friends called him, loved to show and even won his puppy class once. Unfortunately Tuggy had a bad stifle and had to be retired from the show ring. Tuggy now lives with a lovely family and is enjoying his retirement.

Margaret's second show dog was a tiny female named Anastasia's Far Away. Known as Fah Fah, she tore up the show ring and had her championship by the age of 10 months. Margaret's next champion was Ch. BiMar's Jitterbug. Margaret was able to finish her entirely on her own. Her third champion is a little dog named Ch.Lil Darlin's Miz Mizzippi. Zippy was a child protege like the other two girls and finished at only 11 months with three majors and 5 BOW. The next show pom to finish was Bi-mar's Boogie Woogie, after a great start and some bad luck (wrong class won BOB for a 4 point major, but disqualified) Boogie finally finished at the age of 2 years in San Mateo, Ca. Ch.Jitters is my first home bred, owner handled champion. I am the owner, breeder and handler...quite an honor. My second Owner Breeder Handler dog is Ch. Lessard's Swing'n Serafina, Swinger. Swinger finished in only 13 shows from the beginning of 05. We are very proud of her. My other homebred Champion is a dog named "Deuce" who belongs to Sandra Girth of Jefferson. This year is starting out to be a great one for Serafina as Swinger's brother, Bo also finished. Since I co-own him, that makes three champion's for me this year. My show poodle Pony also finished his championship this year and I put a major on a lovely bitch I co-own with Beth. Her name is Bristol.
